Portfolio of Works

These are a series original paintings on ceramic tile. All are framed in custom wood frames painted black. Although the tiles have received several coats of finish, I recommend careful cleaning with a dry cloth when necessary.

I do paint a fair amount of abstracts but I also love to paint scenes from nature.   I usually work in the studio from photos and sketches done on location. I often feel that I am actually there as I paint.  Painting scenes from the previous seasons helps me get through our long Canadian winters. I hope that maybe, you too, can be transported by my work.

I love painting flowers. I love the colours and the intricacies. Painting big huge flowers just makes me happy.

These are all affordable small works, packaged with ease of shipping in mind. All works in this section are priced at $100. and under. For these paintings, I do ship throughout North America and other selected countries. Contact me for details and shipping costs.

I'm not big on labels of painting styles. My work never fits comfortably into any one category. I'm creative and I have to move in different directions.

These small acrylic paintings are on ceramic tile and framed in the custom made wooden frames shown on the feature painting.

They are from the heart and have been created to bring a little joy or a happy memory to the owner. They are meant for the more private spaces in a home or office where one can take a moment to reflect and enjoy.

These are little works I have created using ink on paper. The little paintings measure 4 x 6 Inches and they are matted to fit most 8 x 10 Inch frames (frames not included). They are attached to a matboard with a little border showing. I have written the title and my name on the border and then added an off white mat. Mats are various shades of off white a couple are grey or black. Please ask for additional photos.

Some of these paintings do have prints or cards made from the original image.
