I saw these guys growing in a public garden at East Riverside in 2014. I actually started this work months ago but I got stalled and had to put it away. This work has been donated to the Rory Reardon Foundation Fundraiser.
Daffodils are really a symbol of hope for those of us who live in a cold climate. Although we do try to enjoy every day, our winters are long. Every spring, I am amazed when these flowers start poking through. I love them, especially the King Alfred variety which I plant in memory of my father, Alfred.
