Okay, had a request from the partners at Retro and Rust for work in brown tones, which I love working in. I was halfway through this work and a bit of the blues started slipping in. I've been painting too long not to go with a good thing and just let it unfold the way it wants to. the next work will be in my usual brown tones......maybe.
This abstract is on regular canvas and the sides are painted, somewhat. There was lots of layering done to create this work and a little medium was added to create definition and additional interest. I am rapidly becoming attached to this one.
