I took another break from abstract painting, and did quite a few realistic paintings. Now the abstract work has called me back again. Sometimes taking a break allows me to see a new way of painting when I return to the abstract process. Here I've used a lot of the techniques I've developed and have been using but I've allowed just a bit of a suggestion of a landscape here.
"The Golden Chord " is painted on a custom made gallery canvas and the sides have been painted black and all hanging hardware will be attached to allow hanging the work without a frame.
