I know I'll never tire of painting Duck Pond Beach. To see it when the fireweed is blooming is a wonderful treat for the senses. At this time of the year, you can still smell the wild roses, hear the bees and the waves, and taste the salt in the air.
I know, I'll never forget the first time I "found" this beach. We were just out driving past a few beaches I had always frequented when, being curious, I had to see what was on this road. After a short drive this is what I saw. It took my breath away that day, and every other time since.
