Ah, the excitement of the midway! As a child, going to a midway was way more exciting to me than Christmas. I loved the sounds, smells, colours and the lights. I was happy just to be there. As an adult, I often feel the same.
This is a painting I did of a little midway that sets up at Harbour Station, Saint John, N.B. It was a lot of fun gettinf all that information into a little 7 x 5 Inch painting.
