I just finished this painting and will update the photo soon. This is the clock in Saint John, N.B. at the bottom of King St. In the background you can see our City Hall and Market Square. I started this one a few weeks ago and got 'stuck". I have learned from experience just to put the painting away until inspiration strikes again. A few days ago while resting, I just saw, in my mind, this finished painting. All I had to do then was finish it. Art isn't like moving a pile of gravel where you just keep picking away at it until you are finished. When it stops being fun. put it away or the finished product won't be fun to look at.
This finished painting will go into a black wooden floating frame wich will make each side around 1.5 inches larger anf the depth of the frame is 2 inches.
